Kirby Kitchen Six-Cheese Blend

Six cheeses. One seriously creamy foundation.

A rich blend of six premium cheeses created for exceptional creaminess, bold flavor, and the perfect melt. Built for macaroni and cheese, casseroles, pizza, dips, potatoes, and more.

Great cheese dishes start with the blend.

A truly memorable cheese dish begins long before the first bite—it starts with choosing cheeses that work together.

The Kirby Kitchen Six-Cheese Blend was created after experimenting with different combinations to find the right balance of flavor, creaminess, and meltability.

Sharp white cheddar provides familiar richness. Gouda adds buttery sweetness. Gruyère contributes its signature nutty character. Triple cream Brie creates incredible creaminess. Parmigiano Reggiano delivers savory depth. Pepper Jack finishes the blend with a gentle touch of heat.

The result is a smooth, flavorful, versatile cheese blend designed to become a foundation ingredient throughout The Kirby Kitchen.

Kirby Kitchen Notes

Freshly Shredded Matters

Whenever possible, shred your own cheese.

Pre-shredded cheese can contain anti-caking ingredients that may interfere with smooth melting. Freshly shredded cheese gives you a creamier sauce and a better final texture.

The Role of Each Cheese

Sharp White Cheddar — Bold, classic cheddar flavor and the backbone of the blend.

Gouda — Buttery richness and excellent meltability.

Triple Cream Brie — Velvety texture and luxurious creaminess.

Pepper Jack — Gentle heat with an exceptionally smooth melt.

Gruyère — Nutty complexity and depth.

Parmigiano Reggiano — Savory umami and a concentrated finishing flavor.

This blend was created for mac and cheese, but its uses go far beyond one recipe.

Try it in:

  • Macaroni and cheese

  • Cheese sauces

  • Queso
